You displayed courtesy throughout the duration, gave me suggestions or the “What To Do’s and What Not To Do’s”,which were extremely helpful in a seller’s market. Previously, I had placed the house on the market through another realtor in the Locust area, in fact, this person was a personal friend of the family for a very long time.  This house stayed on the market for almost a year, I think they may have shown the house two- three times at the most.  Never gave me any suggestions on what to do to help the sell go easier and quicker and many times were quite rude. I searched for a house for over a year. Taren was always on the look out for new listings in the area I wanted. She never pressured or rushed me in my decision making. Taren was always available to answer my questions or just listen to my concerns.  (She even called me on her vacation!)  We both had an idea in our heads of what would be the perfect house for me and in the end she helped me to find "my house".  This was my first home purchase and I couldn't have made it without Taren.
